Pending users/agents: New users who have not been approved yet. You can view, approve, or deny their applications.
Expired users/agents: Users who have passed the active period and have not updated or upgraded their membership. This is due to inactivity. You can view, delete, or unexpire their accounts.
Confirming users/agents: Users whose account has expired drop to an access level with lower permissions. Here you can adjust their account to reflect the new access level permissions.
Ability to check all/multiple users for mass actions.

- Ability to search for users/agents or browse users/agents list alphabetically.
- Ability to mass email all users/agents or users/agents of a certain account only, optionally parse member information in message such as name or account details (Dear John..., Hi Mary...)

- Ability to set reserved names for registration.
- Ability to ban IP and IP ranges, emails and usernames.

- Ability to create categories and subcategories unlimited levels deep.
- Ability to set different images for each category.
- Ability to view list active and pending property listings in categories.
- Ability to approve or deny property listings in categories. The approve/deny page also let you view how many property listings are in each category and subcategory.

- Ability to activate state and country subcategories with one click (one click gives you all the US states for example, without the need of creating 50+ state categories each time).
- Ability to create and edit unlimited accounts with different access levels and permissions.
- Ability to define default member preferences for each account.
- Ability to create admin groups with different admin area access levels and assign administrators to these groups. You can create more administrative users to run the program, but only let them do what you want them to do by granting specific permissions. Permissions can be set by create a admin group which contains a set of defined behavior. Every admin must belong to an admin group.
- Ability to import and export users/agents.
- Ability to automate database cleaning by automatically deleting expired users/agents and property listings or downgrading users on a daily basis (via cron or manually).
- Ability to send saved search matches on a daily basis (via cron or manually).
- Links to documentation and support forum.
- Logoff option provides added security when you are administering the system from a remote computer, such as at an airport, because it prevents others from using your administrative login session to gain control of the system.
