User/Agent Control Panel
Of course your users and agents have their own control panel to do their account managemenent just like the admin does. The user/agent control panel gives your agents the ability to manage their property listings, private mails, multimedia gallery, hotlists, saved search profiles, agent profile, personal preferences and much more. All this via a fully customizable, secure and easy to use web-based interface.
- Agents can allocate images/multimedia file from gallery to agents-profile page.
- Agents have their own personal control panel that lets them post and manage property listings, upload and manage multimedia files, read and send mail from their internal mailbox, view their hotlist, view and edit their matchmaker search property listings, upgrade account, set various account preferences, email the admin, view and update their registration details, cancel the membership.
- Agents can view their signup date, number of times logged in as well as information about their account and account expiration date.
- Agents can optionally have the system remember their logon username and password during future sessions through the usage of cookies.
- Agents can update their property listings at any time.
- Agents can delete their account at any time, optionally send an email to admin telling why he/she cancels the account.
- Agents can renew property listings about to expire or already expired property listings.
- A Personal Inbox feature that allows Agents to post personal property listings without having to reveal their e-mail addresses. Agents respond to these property listings through the form as well.
- A customizable image displays an incoming but unread message waiting in members private message inbox.
- Agents who have forgotten their user name can have the system email their membership info to the email address on file.
- Users can search for property listings via many different forms and fields and even by discrete ranges within fields, such as age ranges.
- Users can search property listings from a certain agent through the advanced search form, can't remember the full username? no problem, even search for parts in the username.
- Agents can modify or delete their own property listing at any time. When modifying a property listing, the current property listing's information is automatically inserted in the modification form.
- No personal information and registration details is displayed on posted property listings. Agent's information is strictly confidential.
- Users have the option of searching only for property listings with photos, without photos, or both.
- Users can save property listings they are interested in to their hotlist for later viewing.
- Agents can upload virtually unlimited multimedia files to their gallery and display upto 10 images in their ad (you define the amount of images they can upload in the account permissions).
- Users can save patterns to their saved search facility, whenever someone posts property listing that matches one or more property listings, the user will be notified by email automatically.
- Agents can place their account on-hold, their listings will not be available for display during this time.
Agents can set various preferences (only which you allow them to set of course):
- Invisible Mode (Turning on will remove member from 'Online Agents' list).
- Automatically login when you return to the site.
- Hide Email Address (Hides email address from agent profile page, so that it is not accessible by other users or agents).
- Disable Private Messaging (Disallows other users to send Private Messages to agents internal mailbox).
- Hide agent profile from public view. (Will allow/disallow anyone to view agents profile page, except admin).
- Hide agent gallery from public view? (Will allow/disallow anyone to view agents multimedia gallery, except admin).
- Set browse options to "Show property listings with pictures first".
- Block users from sending private messages.
- Email Notifications: When changes to registration details are made, when property listing expires, when someone replies to ad, when someone sends private message).
- property listings browsing options (Shows sub-categories that have no property listings)
- Default property listings view (choice of new property listings first, old property listings first, most viewed property listings first, most replied property listings first, most saved property listings first).
- Default property listings per page (Number of property listings that are shown on one page).
