MojoPersonals Manager Features
Listing Display Options and Categories
Do you know that you can setup MojoPersonals Manager to have virtually unlimited categories and profile listings? You can create subcategories such as Men Looking For Women -> USA -> New York -> Manhattan..., your options are endless. The categories provide a preview of the profile listing and thumbnail photo. Your users can sort preview results according to any field in ascending or descending order. Agents who are currently online are marked with a green flag. Users can browse full profile listings, save profile listings to hotlist, send profile listings to friends, send mails to agents, view agents profile, report profile listings to you and view full sized photos (only if their account permissions YOU define allow them to).
- Automatically generate thumbnails for posted images (requires free perl modules GD.pm OR image::magick pre-installed on your system and our thumbnail creation module). No more manual resizing. All photos your agents upload will be resized to a thumbnail size YOU define.
- profile listing process is fully customizable by admin, create your own individual profile listing service. Display all forms on one large page or split up into several steps between pages, making it easier to edit.
- Example: The first step determines the category that fits best.
Example: The second step gathers detailed information about the profile listing.
Example: The third step gathers the headline and profile listing description text, you can limit the amount of words optionally.
Example: The fourth step gives the agent the opportunity to upload pictures and other media files like videos, audio, doc files, etc. Pictures can be previewed first before going to the final step.
Example: The final step is to review and confirm what has been submitted, at any time your agents can go back to edit any part they want.
Note: Until the profile listing has not been submitted, the profile listing is still incomplete.
- Ability of showing submitted profile listing fields during profile listing process on each step.
- Ability of "submit & preview" button during profile listing on each step, so if the agent just wants to make a tiny change he/she can do so quickly and conviently.
- Depending on how you set the profile listing type, it can either be posted right away or waiting for your review and approval.
- You can set the days the profile listing remains active. Updating the profile listing does not extend the profile listing expiration date.
- Ability to automatically keep track of the total number of profile listings posted by agents.
- After agent has posted the maximum number of profile listings allowed, definable by admin, they are not allowed to post any more profile listings until they delete some of their old profile listings OR upgrade to a higher account.
- Optional use of pre-defined values for States and Countries. Otherwise, agents write in their own values.
- Multimedia content allowed! Agents can upload and display photos, sound files, and video clips and other documents in profile listings and their multimedia galleries.
- Multiple File format upload (wav, media, gif, exe, xls, doc, etc...).
- Multiple photos/images to appear per profile listing, agents can upload unlimited number of images to their photo gallery and assign upto 10 photos to their profile listing.
- Thumbnail photos will be automatically resized if their full size if too big to fit in summary format.
- Optionally display the posted date on profile listing pages.
- Optionally display of expiration date on profile listing pages.
- Ability for administrator to set the maximum number of words that may be contained in certain fields (such as the "text" field that contains the body of the ad).
- Size of included text in profile listings can be controlled by the administrator.
- Preview feature that allows agents to preview their profile listing before it is posted.
- Our HOTLIST feature allows users to save certain profile listings for later viewing. When they come back in the future and click on "My Hotlist" in their control panel, the program will display all of their saved profile listings. We call this "the digital equivalent of circling profile listings in the newspaper."
- "Send this profile listing to friends" facility, linked from ad preview and full ad page profile listing, helps promoting your service and spreading the word.
- "Report this profile listing" facility, users can report profile listings that violate terms etc., helps keeping clean content throughout your profile listing pages.
- Counters in the control panel along with the profile listings telling how many times the profile listing has been viewed, how many times the profile listing has been replied to, and how many times saved to hotlists.
- Links within each profile listing for modifying or deleting the profile listing.
- Ability to scale thumbnails to maintain proportions of original graphic, and the option of having the program autoscale the thumbnails to a given width and height.
- Automatically send email notificiation to agent if their profile listing has been replied to.
- Users can see whether an agent is currently online or offline while browsing categories.
- Users can rank profile listings anywhere in categories and in search results according to posted date, most replied, most saved or most viewed.
- Users can sort any field in category browsing results in ascending and descending order.
Expiration of profile listings
- profile listings are set to expire after a certain amount of time as defined by admin.
- Optional automatically send notification by e-mail to users whose profile listings are about to expire.
- Admin can choose whether to keep expired profile listings in database or delete them from database.
